Most recently, I built Outage Shield, a ServiceNow application that connects GitHub and Cloudflare outage reports to internal Service Offerings, assesses potential business impact and automates risk-based Incident response.

About
I started my career developing Oracle applications before spending more than 20 years building and running technology-led businesses. Along the way, I developed SQL Server integrations, led development of an internal operations platform as product owner, and collaborated with developers and operational teams to improve how the business ran.
In 2026, I made a deliberate move into ServiceNow, earning CSA, CIS-ITSM and CIS-Data Foundations certifications. I've since built two applications in my Personal Developer Instance. My main project, Outage Shield, connects vendor outage information to internal business services, supporting impact assessment and Incident response. I've published the design decisions and supporting test evidence.
I'm now looking to contribute to ServiceNow implementation and consulting, combining hands-on platform skills with my experience of delivering business systems and improving operational processes.
